Movies You've Watched Recently

Post by Cjanz on Mon Jun 29, 2009 9:57 pm

Okay, we have a few movie threads, but no "recently watched" thread, so here goes.

For me...

Cheech and Chong's Next Movie proceeded by Gran Torino and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

I watched Eternal Sunshine a few weeks ago. Amazing movie, it proves Jim Carey can work as a serious actor.

I just watched Fahrenheit 451. If I had not read the book I would have said it was a very good movie.

They actually made a movie of that book? I remember looking it up after reading the book and not seeing anything about a movie.

Milk. I liked it quite a bit. But I typically have bad taste in movies.

it's an old movie. 1966 I think. they left some major things out from the book and added other things. as a movie standing alone it's pretty good, but comparing it to the book... it wasn't that great.

Last night I watched The Hills Have Eyes. No, I had never seen it, and yes, I laughed the entire time.

It was pretty good. I watched it the same night I watched Taken. Taken blew me away. Excellent movie.

Michael Clayton is a fantastic movie. I loved the depth and the emotional trauma involved with some of the characters.

I watched Pathfinder again recently, and the barbaric sense that movie has just never gets old.
